Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress in real time.

Please note that we currently ship orders to customers within the United Kingdom only.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@mavienzo.com and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and its packaging

After verification, we will proceed with one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item shipped at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund issued to the original payment method

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at info@mavienzo.com. Order cancellations can generally be accommodated before order processing begins.

Once an order has entered the processing stage, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, the order must be delivered, and the applicable return procedure followed after receipt.
